What patients say
Chiropractic or osteopathy?
Both — and you do not need to decide before you book. If you came here looking for a chiropractor, you are in the right place.
Sessions combine chiropractic-style adjusting, including the Ring Dinger® full-body adjustment with spinal decompression, with the wider hands-on assessment and treatment that osteopathy brings. Which approach you get depends on what the assessment finds, not on the word you searched for.
Scope of practice
David holds a European D.O. in osteopathy and practises as a manual therapist. In the United States, “D.O.” means a licensed osteopathic physician and “chiropractor” means a licensed DC — David holds neither US licence, and does not prescribe medication or perform surgery.

Visiting the Yokosuka clinic
Do you treat in English?
Yes. English is the working language of the Yokosuka clinic. Japanese and French are also available.
Is the clinic step-free?
No. The treatment room is on the second floor, up a flight of stairs, and there is no lift. Let us know in advance if that is a problem.
Which session should I book?
It depends what you need. The adjustment is the usual choice at Yokosuka; the osteopathy session goes further because it includes a full whole-body assessment.
