よくある質問
施術は2つの院で行っています。恵比寿・東京院は月曜〜木曜と土曜、横須賀院は金曜です。下記で解決しないご質問は、お気軽にご連絡ください。
まず、これまでの経緯、現在の症状、そして「またできるようになりたいこと」を伺います。その後、身体の検査を行い、同じ回のうちに施術まで進みます。改めて予約を取り直していただく必要はありません。初回はホリスティック・オステオパシーをお選びください。リング・ディンガー®は、すでにご希望が決まっている方のための枠です。
症状の内容と、どれくらい続いているかによります。初回で明らかな変化を感じる方が多く、比較的新しい怪我は2〜3回で落ち着くことがよくあります。長く続いている症状はもう少し時間がかかりますが、期限のない通院ではなく、一緒に計画を立てて進めます。オステオパシーが最適でないと判断した場合は、その旨をはっきりお伝えします。
施術料はいずれも同じです（ホリスティック・オステオパシー／Ring Dinger® ＋全身アジャストメント／エナジェティック・トリートメント）。日本の公的医療保険・TRICAREに加入の方¥15,000 ／回保険請求ではなく、ご加入の方向けの割引料金です。ご来院時に保険証またはTRICAREのIDカードをご提示ください。一般¥20,000 ／回民間保険の申請用に、領収書・施術書類をお渡しします。3回コース¥15,000 ／回3回分まとめて45,000円。
日本の公的保険は直接適用されませんが、保険申請に使える詳細な領収書をお渡しできます。
海外の保険プランでは、オステオパシーの施術が払い戻し対象になる場合が多くあります。
施術は痛みを伴うものではありません。常に心地よいと感じられる範囲で行い、テクニックもご希望に合わせて調整します。穏やかなアプローチを好む方もいれば、より直接的な方法のほうが合う方もいます。一部の手技では施術中に一時的な違和感を覚えることがあります。また施術後24〜48時間ほど、運動した翌日のような軽い筋肉痛が出ることがありますが、これは通常の反応です。気になることがあれば、施術中いつでもお知らせください。
ご相談で多いのは、腰痛、首の痛み、頭痛、スポーツ障害、妊娠中の不調、消化器系の不調、ストレスによる緊張、顎関節（TMJ）の問題です。妊娠中の方やお子さまの施術も、同じセッションの中で行います（マタニティ＆小児ケア）。ご自身の症状が対象かどうか分からない場合は、ご予約の前にお問い合わせください。
動きやすい服装でお越しください。画像診断の結果や紹介状、服用中のお薬のリストなど、関連するものがあればお持ちいただくか、メールでお送りください。直前の重い食事は避けてください。ご質問があれば書き出しておいていただければ、はじめに一緒に確認します。
どちらも手技療法ですが、オステオパシーは身体全体をひとつのものとして捉え、筋骨格系・循環器系・神経系・消化器系がどう影響し合っているかを見ます。関節への調整に加えて、軟部組織へのアプローチ、内臓マニピュレーション、頭蓋への施術など、より幅広いテクニックを用います。決まったプロトコルを繰り返すのではなく、その方に合わせて組み立てます。詳しくは横須賀院のページをご覧ください。
英語とフランス語が堪能で、日本語も日常会話レベルです。日本語での施術やご説明で困ることはありません。東京で15年以上、海外からお住まいの方々をみてきましたので、複雑な健康上の内容を分かりやすくお伝えすることにも慣れています。
